Do you install the tires?

Not at launch. TreadDrop YEG sells tires only and drops them at your door or holds them for pickup. You can take them to any Edmonton installer you like.

How fast is delivery in Edmonton?

Most orders in Edmonton and nearby communities go out within 1-2 business days of a confirmed payment. We phone or email you with the drop-off window.

How much is delivery?

Local delivery is a flat fee shown at checkout before you pay. Outside our launch area, contact us and we will quote you.

What is the environmental tire fee?

Alberta charges a recycling levy on every tire sold. We collect it as a separate line at checkout and remit it — it is not part of our margin.

Question 5

Can I buy just one or two tires?

Yes. Buy 1, 2, 3, 4 or more. The product page shows the price per tire and the set-of-4 total so you can compare quickly.

Question 6

What if the size I need is not listed?

Send us the size on your sidewall (for example 225/65R17) and we will tell you what we can source and what it costs.

Do you take returns?

Unused, undamaged tires in original condition can be returned or exchanged — see our Returns & Cancellations policy for the window and any restocking terms.
